"I have always found the service staff to be very helpful, but the sales staff is also great. I was pretty sure I knew what model I wanted. Test drove one with Michael, but needed to wait for another that Johanna (JoJo) informed me was in transit that would suit my needs better. This was after she had tried to get one from another dealer. The vehicle was there ahead of schedule and the sales staff was great. I gave Johanna the information needed to get the paperwork going over the phone, went in on my lunch break and she had everything ready for me to sign. "I had a great experience selling my car at Redwood Ford in Ukiah. Excellent customer service is still alive and well here. They contacted me after I did an online estimate through Kelley Blue Book. They were persistent with their communication and clearly interested in buying my car. They offered a fair price for my vehicle, $4,343 (35%) more than CarMax in Santa Rosa!!! My check arrived in the mail exactly when they said it would. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone smiled and said hello to me. I felt very welcomed, which was a huge departure from the aloof, borderline rude staff at CarMax in Santa Rosa. Anytime I want to buy or sell a car in the future, I will return to Redwood Ford. "Bought two vehicles from them and the employees there are all wonderful. Got a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty at a $100 deductible with my used truck, which unfortunately, had some issues when I bought it, hence the 4 stars. Took it in to get work done and was told at first the warranty doesn't cover everything that needed done and I needed to pay upwards of $700 to get my truck back. Ended up walking out paying only the deductible because they like to take care of good people. If you're gonna get a vehicle there, ask for Ryan. Tell him I referred him :)"
