Just to share a couple experiences of when I took my car to multiple mechanics and nobody was able to fix the issue. We were only two hours from home on a road trip to Alaska in our Mercedes Sprinter RV when we had the check engine light come on. Greenfield AutoZone,…our first stop off the freeway, directed us to Euro automotive service a few blocks away. We landed in the hands of a Mercedes- trained master technician, Isaias Leon. He took us in right away to diagnose the issue (that turned out to be simple) after clearing the codes snd re-checking the system. He explained the trouble code and how the system on our particular vehicle works….basically gave us the background on what was going on (and with such patience. ) He then sent us on our way with confidence & relieved anxiety. And above all insisted on not charging us!Despite the 2 hour drive I believe we have found our new mechanic for this new RV of ours Vs. our local Mercedes dealership.
