"If i could give this vet negative stars, i would pay to do it. Do not take your pet there. He was very dismissive of our girls' issues and misdiagnosed her saying she had arthritis and food allergies, while all along she was battling cancer. Long story short, if we had known he is not a capable vet, i would have sought 2nd opinion. We are in the process of submitting formal investigation for this vet with the Veterinary Medical Board. Fast forward a year or so later, he flat out refused to give us a quote on dental cleaning for our other pet!! But insisted on charging us for other services. Who does that??!!! BE AWARE and STAY AWAY from this VET!!!"

"Always a good experience and my dogs are NOT easy. But they handle both with real care and we're kind which is important. One of my dogs is a severe rescue case and requires a bit of extra ... Everything lol. This vet handled her really well. I need to say this. The one Indian vet I had experience with was a horrid experience and yes that one experience tainted my view. Rancho vets have absolutely 180 that. Thank you."

"Been a good experience so far. Saw them with an elderly cat with facial swelling. They got us right in. Overall treatment costs have been reasonable. No extras were recommended which was nice. I haven't met the Dr though only spoken to him on the phone. So far so good. I'll bring my other pets too."

"On August 24th, 2023, Rancho Pet Hospital performed a teeth cleaning on my dog, during which he was put under anesthesia. However, following the procedure, I noticed that his testicles appeared more scrunched up than usual. At first, I assumed this might be a temporary side effect of the anesthesia. A few days later, though, I observed that the skin on his testicles was peeling and had a burnt appearance. Concerned about our dog's condition, my wife contacted Rancho Pet Hospital, and a staff member at the front desk mentioned that they use heating pads during teeth cleanings, suggesting that this might have caused the issue. Subsequently, a doctor from the hospital called and recommended applying Vaseline to the affected area as a potential remedy. Unfortunately, our dog's condition did not improve, and we became increasingly worried. We decided to seek a second opinion and took him to the VCA Pet Hospital. There, they confirmed that his testicles had indeed been burned, and they expressed skepticism about the effectiveness of using Vaseline as a solution, stating that it would not likely provide any substantial relief. I was left with a scarred dog and another vet bill."

"This is the second time I’ve brought my 4 year old Rottie (Hazel) in and the staff has been beyond amazing. Our previous vet, which I won’t name gave me anxiety when bringing Hazel in (he may have just not liked rotties but idk), in turn making me not want to take her to the vet all together. My friend suggested I take her to Rancho Pet Hospital because she had such a great experience with them with her dog so I thought I would give it a go. Let me tell you all of my anxiety has gone away, the staff is amazing with Hazel and they are beyond friendly. Hazel had split her nail and needed it to be treated and is now on the mend. The prices are very fair and they truly care about the well-being of the pets. I highly recommend them!"
