"Great stay, great breakfast it was limited but decent, good parking, clean rooms, staff is cool, we enjoyed our stay and will def come back to this location. Although I was double charged for our room and having to wait so many business days for the money to go back on the card which is a major inconvenience."

"I read all the bad reviews after I booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip. I was so worried. But I pleased as soon a got inside the hotel. The service was amazing, polite, attentive, engaging and smiling. The man who helped me.wasegar to help answer my questions and give me a rundown on everything available during my stay. I immediately went to my room and checked the water situation. Hot hot hot water! So my room was great. Great size, clean and stocked with everything I needed. Yes it's an older hotel and it's pet friendly, so it's not perfect. I was on the freeway side and it was not that loud. I was ok with everything and could not ask for anything better for the price I paid."

"Staff is really nice but we have been here for 4 days, and they accommodated us, but there's no hot water to take a shower, there's something wrong with there pipe's. Other than that its a really nice place, but i was looking forward to a shower. If i had known that there wasn't any hot water, i would have went somewhere else."

"The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Josh, the night shift staff is very helpful. He answered all my questions. The hotel room is spacious - bigger than expected. They offer simple breakfast. One thing to be improved is the shower facility. The water is not hot… I would like cold…. I had to take shower using cold water (in winter !) for 2 nights…"

"The lady on nightshift was extremely helpful and pleasant, thanks Nancy. Also the guy when we checked in had positive vibes. Overall a clean and good place to stay. There was no detergent available to purchase for the laundry, however other than this - a good place. I hope they can maintain the standards and not slip."
