"I don't believe the sheets were cleaned. They had a crushed, wrinkled look that I believe reflects someone slept in the bed previously. Although reasonably clean. No water bottles, $2,75 per bottle downstairs. Guy at counter was very friendly. The only highlight IMHO. A high homeless person in the parking lot. Decent area full of hotels. No soap in the room, but the front desk will provide at your request. You must go pick it up. Room for $60, cheep, but I didn't stay another night, paid $80 for a better hotel nearby. Noise from the freeway wasn't bad to me. Thin walls, like most similar hotels. Shame people have abused this place, tough business. Requires $100 deposit. Credit card ok, but they promise to refund in 3 days, I'll be checking."

"Horrible! Sketchy Drug addicts smelling so bad in hallway. Homeless bums sleeping in laundry room. Never answer the phone. Blonde lady at front desk is going through menopause or something she is the rudest person and so disrespectful. She needs to be fired asap. This hotel has bedbugs and they do not wash blanket its disgusting"

"Room was reasonably appointed but not being maintained or thoroughly cleaned by staff Laminate floors were nice but only swept, not being cleaned with any type of mopping. Black spots of gooky looking substance on bathroom floor. (If cleaning staff can't get off, they need to report and management should address this) Towels were actually decent for a budget hotel. But no soap of any kind. No bath mat for getting out of shower and you definitely need one. Kitchenette was nice to have but incredibly outdated. Refrigerator had dent in door. Bathroom was generally not clean, especially the shower floor and higher on walls. Toilet was tilted when you sat on it Many guests using balcony to work on personal mechanical or other projects. Despite locks on entry to stairwell, doors were broken in multiple places and a man was passed out in one stairwell with drug paraphernalia in his hands. Doors to lobby and all entryways as well as walls all looked and felt dirty. Parking was good but you feel unsure about leaving your car overnight. Alarms were being set off which is often a tactic to desensitize people so when someone breaks into s car later everyone will hopefully ignore it."

"Do not stay here unless you have no other option, and even then, reconsider. Where do I begin? Room smelt of smoke, burn holes in bedding and in bathrooms and the rooms in general are in poor upkeep. Staff do the absolute bare minimum with a forced smile or often none at all. Do not expect a quiet or comfortable stay as all manners of people roam the parking lot and halls, being loud and raucous, children littering their snacks near the front area and running around knocking on doors. Other reviews are correct, the place is run down, a lot of equipment is in need of repair or just plain broken and left as such. Vending machines are broken. Washing machines are broken. They advertise you can cook and the like in the room but carry no kitchenware of any kind. They have a ‘no pets’ policy but you will see people with dogs and cats walking in and out of their room freely, despite a large sign posted in the lobby so selective enforcement I guess. Do not stay here, spend a few more of your dollars if you can and stay at the holiday inn down the street or anywhere else. Do not be lured by the cheap rates, you will get what you pay for, especially if you have children with you. This is not a safe environment. If you need something from the lobby, good luck as the attendants will frequently leave, lock the door and go gossip with other employees or guests of this place, leaving you outside until they are good and ready to return."

"Nothing about this stay was good. Red flag before I even checked in. 3 people came to complain about things broken in their room. Our room was second floor by the stairs. It smelled like cigarette smoke and bad body order. The toilet seat only had one bolt. The fridge didn't shut. Only one towel allowed at a time. Our blanket had gross stains smelled like it wasn't washed, had cigarette burn holes in it. My husband went to ask for a new one and the manager at the front desk told him there was no other blanket and what would he like them to do about it. He literally saw someone peeing on the stairs and scared him off. He told the person at the desk I called to make sure they were going to do something she said they would but didn't it was still there and smelly the next day. We had 2 free night stay we won, we didn't stay the second night, we ended up paying at a nicer place. The manager and guest relations person didn't seem concerned at all. I will never ever stay at another Red Roof ever again. Their hospitality/customer service made it 100x worse."
