"We're not all thieves. I do try to understand. But it's pretty miserable for all the rest of us I won't be coming back. There are other stores."
"The policies at this store have become so backward lately - I've been shopping here every week for years. My last two trips, self-checkout was closed to customers who did "pick up only," and there was only ONE line available for a slew of customers. *Everything* in the hygienic aisle is now behind glass - you have to know everything you're going to get from toothbrushes to hand soap before you approach an employee for help. I understood the high-value items, but the $1.25 hand soap? At some point you're just being ridiculous. An employee told me it was because everyone kept stealing - well, I have money and I have no desire to be treated like a thief. There's a Target down the street that just gained a new regular customer."
"Dirty. Most staff I've encountered not that friendly. They need to improve on cleaniness and customer service. Also, i really never feel safe shopping there or in the parking lot. It's a shame because it is my local Walmart, but I prefer the Citrus Heights store. It's clean, staff for the most part are friendly and no concerns of safety in their parking lot. In addition, lotions and detergents are not locked up."
"This is a large store for Walmart. Looks like it is well organized. I ran in to get a single item. A person on the door directed me to the section if needed. Another employee directed me to the shelf I needed and checked me out. Quick in and quick out. Thanks for the help."
"This wide back lady said she was the manager in the money center. She was Insecure about her own looks. She put me out of Walmart. BECAUSE I asked where the line starts. When I left got a money order next door. These blk women have to do better don't down another blk women because I look better then you. Now get back to work. I will be contacting my lawyer"
