"Is it an old Marriott in need of a face-lift? Yes, however many Marriott properties are in the same state. If you have stayed at Marriott's around the country, you would agree. Bottom line: The rooms are clean, the staff is professional and accommodating, and the location is ideal if you're working in the area. There is also security at the entrance and a room key must be used for the elevator (I travel on business alone so security is important). The gym is being renovated. Not an issue if I'm only here for 4-5 days. The on-site restaurant is nice and the food is good - there are other dining options nearby. There's a lounge - it isn't a full lounge. Bottled water, coffee, La Croix and soft drinks are available. Snacks too. For those with status, the hotel will give you points because it is not a full on lounge. I'd stay here again."

"I did not stay in their hotel room, but I went there for a 3-day seminar. The facility appeared to be luxurious, and it was certainly maintained to high standards of cleanliness and functionality."

"Don't be fooled by the nice lobby. I arrived and the gym was closed for renovation. This should be stated on their website. The front office gave me a one day pass to a local gym although my stay was for 4 days. Useless pass, but the guy told me it was better than nothing. I would prefer a rate reduction. The Starbucks inside had a sign that stated the oven wasn't working so no food available to buy. One of two dryers were out of order. The one operating dryer took forever to dry my little load of clothes. I won't be staying here again. Housekeeping was on point and it's a good location. Front desk lady has a very nasty attitude. Get rid of her and the rest of the staff is good."

"An older hotel that's been partially renovated. Floor 9 is the business floor (you can only access it if you have a floor 9 key) - room 925 is dank and has an odor, so avoid. Very polite staff in person and on phone. Nice restaurant - fresh food. And there's a Starbucks in the lobby. You can hear traffic from floor 11 and the neighbor's tv. (Bring earplugs if you're sensitive.)"

"These hotel rooms need to be updated ASAP . Floor 8- carpet was old, in the room carpet very old and gross(keep socks on) We had hair in our sheets and shower. The onsite team is the saving grace. We went to dinner and the team changed the sheets. I can say, they did offer to change our room to floor 9 and that room was worse(do not sit in the love seat), so we did not move. Pool view was loud due to high level of traffic and Harley's going by every 5 min. The Restaurant food and team was five stars. Marriott you need to put money back into these rooms for how much you charge. Would not return due to how dirty the carpets are and the noise. The stars are for the employee. Starbucks was a bonus but they do not allow you to redeem points at this hotel."
