"I joined Ultimate Fitness 3 months ago. The overall atmosphere of the gym is great. There is plenty of space, machines and weights. All clean and in proper working condition. I had been to other gyms before over the years and would begin motivated but ended up not going back only after a few weeks. I realized I needed a personal trainer that would be able to get me on the right track and set me up with a tailored work out program to meet my lifestyle and fitness goals. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Houston as my PT. His professionalism, knowledge of the art and dedication was evident since day one. His positive attitude and enthusiasm has made each session enjoyable. I’ve seen significant progress in my strength, endurance and overall fitness. I owe it to his focus on proper nutrition and making sure I worked on the foundations and correct lifting techniques before I significantly increased the weights. My confidence in moving around the gym and knowing what I’m actually doing is night and day from when I started.
