"Someone here hit my child on her mouth for crying upon waking up from nap time. We filed a cps report (it’s the 19th allegation filed against this school), since then they’ve had staff make 5 star reviews. Many which I recognize. I took this issue to the office and the two women had the audacity to say the school has never had allegations like this which was a lie. Then they proceeded to tell me that my child was saying this for ‘other’ reasons. This was a dream school turned into a nightmare. I’ve seen several reports where children were returned to parents hurt in some way. My child specifically disliked the two floaters ms. Bertha & ms. Joanna in addition to Brenda who works in the office. Listen to your kids."
"I love all staff and so do my kids! I feel safe dropping them off due to the safety code they have at the entrance. Also, peace of mind knowing they will get the attention needed. I love the welcoming environment. Im always rushing so the speedy check in & out is a PLUS. The app used for communication is also neat. I get pictures of my kids throughout the day which is so nice. The BIGGEST issue for me was finding a place where it felt like they were working with me to accommodate my needs and that they were happy to have us. Thank you Childrens choice Chula Vista for caring for our families!"
"For the past three years, my kid has attended CCA. I have witnessed a significant improvement in both his social and academic abilities since he began. The teachers here take a great interest in the education of the students and have a practice of remembering the names of all the students, even those who are not enrolled in their class. When I've had a query or issue, Ms. Roxanne and Ms. Brenda have always been incredibly understanding, courteous, and responsive."
"Staff is amazing. Brenda, Roxanne, Ms. Brooklyn and Ms. Kristen are such genuine souls, that always put these kids first. I love the environment. I love the vibe. There are so many cool learning rooms. We are very happy to be there."
