"9/13/23 8pm. 1 star for the manager or the person in charge of the store. I was told by an employee that I can bring back an item to get replaced because it was within 90 day warranty. The lady in charge said that she didn’t want to do the exchange because she would take a “hit” on the ball, to just go through asurion."

"This branch is good stocks of Cleats, Shoes and main items on sports ( baseball -> Bat, gloves ) I think it’s not enough sporting clothes. But there are some clearance/ price down booth at every corner ! Staffs are very kindly and good smiles!"

"This location is their standard store which was clean and well stocked. I use to shop at one of their extra large 2 floor stores in the Dallas area. Dick’s has grow on me over the years. Now I regularly purchase my shorts and t-shirts from them, plus other small items. At this location, by coincidence, I’ve had the same lady help me several times. She’s been super helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Today I was looking for a sturdy canopy but everything they had in stock wasn’t rated very well. My search continues but I will shop here again in the future."
