Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital & Creature Comforts Pet Hotel in Vista

"Great atmosphere for our dog. Our kids highly recommend. I'd like to give it a 5, but I just can't due to the Hotel staff folks ...had me fill out the registration 3 times, cuz one person didn't talk to another. After sending in the updated shots records, the hotel manager again sends me a note that our pet needed updated shots. I called and she then looked up email, "oh, here it is" then upon pick up, lobby was full of people waiting to check in or get help...o e person up front, on the phone...she had to put person on hold and go in back to get help. Bottom line, it is a nice facility, and price is great...but, first impressions (ie. Customer service) is lacking. If you have a ton of patients, then this is a great place for your pet."

"They always take such good care of my dog Thumper!! 10/10 recommend. Both of the vets are amazing and have a WONDERFUL bedside manner, a rarity when going to the vet. The techs are also amazing and the front office desk is so warm and friendly."
