"I had an issue with an mid- aged lady at customer service. The item was paid with a debit card and I requested cash back. I was telling her that I needed gas for my car. The lady seemed unresponsive as I cheerfully explained my situation to her but she still did not seem to be in the mood for my smile nor my explanation. When it was time for me to get my refund the computer gave me a choice of cash back or to put The refund on the debit card. The white lady purposely sent my refund to my debit card instead of asking me how I wanted my payment back like other other cashier's at customer service. I felt that I was treated unjustly. I ask for her to call a Manager to redo the transaction. The manager came and told the woman in her mid 40's that she should have asked me how would I like my refund before proceeding to put money back on to my card. The manager could not reverse the transaction. I know now not to go to the white lady behind the counter."
