"I am always disappointed when I go to Lowe's for a project. Their selection is slim and most of the time the item I need has to be ordered online. The store is full of Christmas items right now and yet they they were out of many electrical plugs that were supposedly in stock. Their app showed 12 of the item I needed but they were out of stock when I went to the store. They are supposed to be a hardware store not a Christmas boutique. Getting help is almost impossible. And when you find someone they really don't know what they're talking about."

"Very disappointed with Lowes system. I paid for a purchase online using our Pro Act rewards only to receive damaged merchandise. Upon return I was given a store credit for in store use only. No online purchases. What a joke. You spend all year with the business only to receive an in store credit for their mistakes. I brought it up to their attention and “ that’s all they can do” Thanks for treating a military family who supports Lowes Pros like dirt."
