"On December 2nd 2023, my husband and I brought our little senior Chihuahua Ollie with concerning issues. We were welcomed, and immediately Ollie was seen and taken away by two wonderful technicians who were extremely caring, concerned and empathetic. Sadly, the vet had to deliver us the news we were not expecting to hear, which was that she was showing signs of a brain tumor (which had been my initial worry). Their diagnosis led us to decide on putting our Ollie to sleep due to her suffering, thought it was an agonizing decision to make. The vet was incredibly kind, sympathetic, understanding and gave us other options to consider, but we trusted their diagnosis and it was clear to us at that point that euthanasia was the only option. We were given plenty of time to think about what choice to make and we felt no pressure. The euthinasia process was heartbreaking, but quiet, simple, comfortable, and in a private place where we could be right beside our Ollie. We were given all the time we wanted. In a time of devastation, grief, overwhelming sadness and tears, all the staff at Redlands Emegency was comforting, empathetic, caring and concerned, and we felt that Ollie was put into the best hands possible. Her cremation process was easy and we got a beautiful box and paw print packed up for us to pick up. It's taken me a long time to muster up the strength to write this review. "I can’t say enough good things about this place!! I’ve had to take my dog twice in the last couple of years and both times they treated him I was so impressed. Also their communication with me was great. Yesterday my dog was attacked by a coyote and when I got there I was a wreck and they were calming to me and were awesome with my Rocky. He is home now recovering. So thankful for their amazing vet and staff ❤️"

"My precious pup, my Velcro dog and constant companion died on my birthday. We took him there to be cremated. They were empathetic and beyond kind, listening to every word about my dog and looking at every photo. It's spacious, clean and the service is fairly prompt. I've added a few photos of my sweet Ray Ray, not only because I loved him, but because the staff here treated me like he was their own too, even gave me a nose print and small clippings of his fur."

"We had never been to this emergency pet clinic and it was Sunday morning. The facility was clean and the receptionist was kind and helpful. They saw my pet right away and Dr Colon quickly saw the situation was critical. She was caring and sympathetic and came up with a plan right away. Long story short, my dog survived."

"We had a very scary emergency with our pup and he had to get emergency surgery. We were very impressed with their organization and care of our dog. They were compassionate, friendly, capable and trustworthy. If we ever have another emergency we will definitely be back to them and won’t mess around with any other vets like we previously did."
