"The review is specifically for the Pharmacy staff and not for the store. The store and its staff are good. The pharmacy has staff with 0 customer service skills or empathy. They seem not to care and reflects a careless attitude, as if they are being forced on the job. No smiles or not even a simple gesture of " sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly" They seem to reflect an attitude of, you as a customer have come to us, so, will behave the way we like...very careless attitude and seem to giggle inside with other staff with absolutely no hurry or concern for the long wait. Always late a couple of minutes from the lunch break as well. Would specifically point out the lack of proper customer service for Christian and Joe working at the Redlands Walgreen Pharmacy on Lugonia Ave. Compared to Walgreens, CVS pharmacy has mostly reflected good attitude and customer service. Walgreens corporate management should have the Pharmacy staff undergo some good customer service workshops and teach them to reflect empathy towards the customers"

"Let me start off by saying if I could’ve given 0 stars that’s definitely what this Walgreens deserves! The inconsistency in communication, such as receiving a call about your prescription being ready and then being asked to wait even longer, can be quite frustrating for customers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the location is another concerning issue that needs to be addressed, as I have attached pictures! I have been going to this location for almost 2 years now and I’ve never seen it clean smh It's essential for a pharmacy to maintain a clean and organized environment for the safety and comfort of its customers. Improving communication and reducing wait times should be a priority for this location to enhance customer satisfaction. Hopefully, they take your feedback into account to make necessary improvements for a better experience in the future. But as of now I will be changing my pharmacy so I can make sure I protect my spirit, because this location definitely messes with my energy!"

"The pharmacy sucks!!! Literally stood in line inside of here and they didn’t call the next person up for 27 mins. There were about 5 people ahead of me. So I leave to try the drive thru, and I’m in line behind 2 cars. Currently in line with the drive through for 56 mins."

"This is the WORST Walgreens I’ve been to. Specifically the pharmacy. The customer service is terrible, and you can pretty much run out of gas on a full tank waiting for them to serve you. They take FOREVER. I’ve sat in line for almost an hour with only two cars ahead of me. It is a complete waste of my time. They have no sense of urgency, and never update any information in their system. For the past year they ask me what my current address is and I have to update it EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME. I don’t know why no one is doing their job. When I come to pick up a prescription after being called that it is ready, they still make me wait over 20 minutes for it. On top of that, I have gotten so upset waiting for an hour in line that I went inside to try to get my prescription. They refused to give it to me and sent me back to wait in line in the drive thru. Negative stars to be honest"
