"I am usually happy with this market but I have to say that yesterday I had a very bad experience in the deli department. There to purchase fried chicken I stood there for I don't know how long before one lady asked me what I needed. I was told another five minutes for the chicken to be cooked so I decided to go & pick out the rest of my items. When I came back again I just stood there. Finally a different lady asked me what I needed after the first one kept ignoring me. I asked for my chicken, she bagged it & just placed it on the counter. No words at all. I know what it is to be in customer service & a "Will that be it?" or, "Anything else?" or, just simply, "Have a good day"."
"I visited ones today to purchase a gift card. The store is very clean, well stocked and offers an enormous variety of products. The service bakery and deli have so many delectable delights. The employees are always extremely courteous and helpful. I could shop any number of places but all these reasons make Vons my favorite."
