"Just got to the hotel to check-in and there’s a super long line to check-in (no problem waiting). My partner and I had been on the road for a bit. I had to use the restroom, however the restrooms were locked, I figured that I might need a key. I asked the front desk and one of the ladies replied snippy and with a tone that the restrooms are “closed.” Mind you it’s 3:30 in the afternoon and the line to check in is long. She said, “you can use the restroom in your room.” To which I replied, “that’s fine, it’s just a long line of people that have been on the road.” To which she replied “excuse me?” At the end of the day, it’s not a super nice hotel and I understand, however this still is the hospitality industry."

"Nice, clean & comfy hotel. Rooms are a good size with space to stretch your legs. Located in a good area that is very close to shops. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Araceli is amazing! Customer service is very important and they do a great job of taking care of you during your stay. Definitely will stay here again!"

"We stayed here for one night and our experience was terrible. They nearly never answered the phone. They were hard to get a hold of. The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. There was hair in the bathroom but we didn't notice until the next day. We only stayed for one night and when we checked out I told the manager Jennifer all our issues but she didn't seem to care. She said she couldn't do anything about it. She said since we didn't complain the night before when we checked in that there was nothing she can do. She stepped outside for a smoke after we confronted her with our issues. She didn't seem professional at all."

"Room was not bad, coffee was good, but that's it. The elevator makes really scary sounds and is slow. We had 3 people sharing a room and when the shower was in use I went to find another bathroom, but they don't allow people to use them! They locked the bathrooms on the first floor and only the staff can use them. I'm not sure this is legal, but if no one does anything they get away with it. There are plenty of places to stay around here, I would not recommend this place!"

"Had a lovely stay, my room was super clean, and the staff were amazing. The lady who checked me was friendly and helpful. Then I needed help finding where the ice machine was, and I ran into another staff member, and he was helpful and polite. I like an extra blanket sometimes, and when I asked the lady (the same woman who checked me in), she was quick and courteous."
