"I gotta as much as I love the store itself for its fresh foods and produce all at a reasonable price the Trader Joe’s in Redlands is the reason for 1 star rating. No customer service at all. No greetings from any workers on the floor and no help. I was trying to reach some produce on a top shelf and was too short and struggling to reach it , A CUSTOMER going by offered to help me with it all the while a trader Joe employee was stocking some produce right next me but decided to just ignore me when the help was clearly needed. So disappointed. Second guessing going back to Trader Joe’s."
