"I brought my cat in some a few months back for licking the fur off himself. After examination the DR had advised me of 3 different treatments I chose 2 because I wanted the best for my cat I shelled out a pretty penny for the check up and 2 treatments. The problem then persisted until I brought my cat to a different clinic and that clinic advised me that my cat might be stressed and recommended a pheromone collar for less than $20 my cats hair started growing back in a week.im not sure if the dr misdiagnosed my cat or just tricked me into paying alot."

"Very caring people. The doctor is thorough and knowledgeable. They have a small waiting room but it adds a little charm to the atmosphere. I appreciate they have emergency hours."

My appointment was 3 pm , waited in line for 15 minutes, pet checked by vet at Staff at front desk accepting requests from walk in customers. Everyone's time is valuable. Last visit. Why accept customers when your staff has no time for them???"

"I took my cat here for a routine check, and this is the worst vet clinic we’ve been to. Our appointment is 2 pm, the first one after their lunch. My husband and I arrived on time, and the front desk ask us to wait outside even there’s no one inside. For the physical exam the vet tech bought my cat to the back instead of putting him in the room (during that time, both of the exam room are clean and empty). I asked the front desk why can’t I see my cat during the exam (my cat is super afraid of new ppl), she said it’s how they do it here. The vet tech is also very unprofessional as well- I asked her how much my cat weight three times (my cat is a little overweight, and we were working on diet), she said just about 12lb. Which is not even accurate. The vet Dr Yoon is okay, but the entire visit is kinda chaotic and bizarre. Will not come back."
