"Whenever I visit I can never be left alone in an aisle to think about what I need to shop without forgetting anything and when workers come and hang around the aisle I intend to forget about what I was about to buy because they’re watching if I would steal when I never did, I bought over a 100 worth of shopping!!!! Worst place ever, worst customer service ever in history!!!"

"they told me wait 45 minutes it’s not ready after 45 minutes when i went back to pick up my medicine they put me in hold 20 minutes"

"This Rite Aid is not taking care of their workers. We went in today and there was one woman working the whole store. She was old enough to be somebody’s grandmother and she was running to the liquor aisle to help customers with the lock cabinet. coming back and checking out customers and then going to the make up aisle to unlock those cabinets and then coming back and checking out customers , Not to mention, she had to stop what she was doing, and scoop ice cream for a whole different set of customers !she was literally running around the store the whole time we were in there. Do better Rite Aid! Please don’t treat our elderly like this. Hire more people. This store is literally over 5000 ft.² ².. The woman mentioned that everybody who works or quits because they refuse to hire more employees. This is too much work for one person to do, she is literally doing the job of five employees."

"The pharmacy window, counter area is always filthy as well as the ATM machine. Looks like someone sneezed and spit all over. Very disgusting. Please clean and distinfec the area regularly. I'm sure a lot of sick people pass through. It's scary to come here and pay at the counter. Service has been good. Cleaness not so much."

"ive been coming here for almost 10 years and its normally great but recently this new hire at the pharmacy has been very unhelpful and frustrating. she has this gray long hair and just today she flat out told me and my mother that they didnt have her antibiotics, didnt even bother to check stock. and after we had left and called our doctor just to confirm, and they had already sent the medicine request! and even a couple months before, the same lady had been unhelpful with my pickups, and i understand pharmacies can take a bit but 3 hours is too much for just two prescriptions. and while waiting those 3 hours i had more than enough time to do a full shopping trip at the nearby safeway and STILL had to wait. i understand that you may be understaffed but that is just ridiculous."
