"This company needs help! I placed an order on 8/25/23. I wasn't told the product was out of stock. I called several times to get information. After leaving 2 vm & finally getting a supervisor through online chat, I was told the shipment would be expedited and I'd be updated by email. My order still has not arrived & I never heard from the supervisor, Sean. According to Fed Ex, the shipment is stuck in Arkansas. It's not worth dealing with this company! Read the lower rating reviews, order fulfillment is a consistent problem."
