"Don't. Just don't. Like many other reviews, I didn't even make it past the initial phone call. I am in urgent need of services, and I was accused of self-diagnosing and was told to go through psychological assessments, which could take months. No compassion and everything to not look for in a therapist."

"Rosa doesn’t know how to speak with a patient on the phone and she should not be allowed to practice. She could benefit from a therapist herself, she is very aggressive and condescending. She made my daughter feel awful and inadequate on the first call because she couldn’t answer an insurance question. She told my daughter that kids younger than her know how health insurance works and berated my daughter for not knowing the answer to her question. Thank God it didn’t go further than that and my daughter did not have an actual session with her because I have no doubt she would have left her in worse shape. Horrible. She should get negative stars she doesn’t even deserve 1 star."
