Smashtimeboxing/Pyramid Training is a hardcore, solution-oriented gym located at 9465 Rogers Road in Sacramento, California. Our goal is to develop confident, mentally tough warrior athletes who leave their excuses and problems at home. We offer youth boxing classes, beginning boxer classes, and professional boxer classes throughout the week.

Our founder, Greg, has over 40 years of experience training athletes in various sports and holds degrees in Physical Education and Counselor Education. He incorporates a boxer/warrior mindset in all phases of training, focusing on strength, speed, endurance, and mental toughness.
