"Really good service here. They are just extremely expensive. I get my oil changed here and that's it. They do a good job and are extremely polite. They also offer to drive you to work if needed. If you're rich, you can trust your car will get repaired the right way. Otherwise I recommend just getting an oil change."

"Someone decided they wanted my car more than I needed it, and they tried to steal it unsuccessfully. After calling around to nearby shops, I settled with University Auto. I worked with Trey, and the experience was very good. He made sure I was updated on everything, way more than any of the adjusters who worked with me. They got me in and out within a few days of confirmation that they could proceed with the repairs. All in all, I would use them again! But here’s hoping that I don’t need to see them any time soon (or ever). Thanks for great service!"
"Nick was very friendly and helpful. I was gifted a car and it had a few issues to shake out. One issue was the monitors on the new battery hadn’t reset, so I needed to drive some miles, starting and stopping the car to get it reset. These guys let me come in after driving around a bit to see if it’d reset for free, before taking it back for the smog test. I appreciate the service which extended beyond the original visit - thank you"
