"Do not order online. I ordered a wind breaker for my daughter in late September and as of Feb. 20 I have not received it! So don’t order online if you want it for same school year. Best to go to the store if you have no options like us. :("

"Customer service is very lacking. I was there January 27th, 2024, had to pull information from the person working, she was not engaged nor did she seem to be able to answer questions, she could not explain sizes all she said was you can go online. I was not impressed and was very disappointed given the costs of the products."

"We ordered uniform sweaters in August. It is now the end of January and we have yet to receive the sweaters we ordered. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Ordering from Dennis is a 6 month plus wait for anything. We wish our school would chose another uniform store."

"I am sad that my school has a contract with this company. They do not have a functioning business model. Anytime I order online, my items are delayed up to months at a time. They touted a new distribution center, but that hasn’t changed a thing! Ordered a sweater for my daughter and have been receiving emails that it’s delayed for two months now. No extra information, no explanation why they sold something they couldn’t produce. No offer to compensate the customer for their shortcomings."

"This is our first year of needing school uniforms. I used Dennis Uniforms because our school has an agreement with this company and they do logo work on the shirts required. I used the online ordering as well as going to a local store front to purchase some items. Neither online, or the store have been a positive experience. I ordered items online 6 weeks before school started. 2 weeks before the school's start date we had still not received our order. I contacted them and they stated their orders were behind by at least 8 weeks. I realized that I needed to go to the local store and buy items there. The staff were all very young and seemed to not want to be bothered with customer service, but I got what was needed for the first few weeks. A few days later I received half of my online order, but they were the wrong size. I decided to return the items to the store front. Again, the customer service was cold and dismissive. I had questions with the staff about the retaining items I had ordered online. No one could give me a direct answer regarding my order, however, the money had been withdrawn from my account the day I placed the order, weeks ago. School has been in session for a couple of weeks now. I have tried numerous time to contact the parent company to get the status of my remaining items ordered. There is a recorded message that has been on the phone for weeks now stating there are no staff members to answer phone calls... then you are disconnected from the call. I also emailed them with no response. In the future I will only purchase the absolute minimal items from this company (items with the schools logo). All other items will be purchased elsewhere. This company needs to train and hire more staff!!! Not a pleasant company to deal with."
