"It's a bit crowded with equipment, some of the equipment is occupying one of the sports rooms. Since the price we are paying is pretty high, are there going to be improvements to the entirety of the place?"
"I just worked out here for the first time. Everyone that I spoke with (Conor, Mikaela, John) was extremely nice! The gym is clean. The music and parking are awesome! If I was a racquetball fanatic and lived close by, I would love this gym. That's not the case. So, I probably won't be coming here very often."
"I been going to this gym for a couple of years. I feel after COVID this place has been going hill. My prices have increased and they have taken amenities away. Pre COVID amenities included a towel for the showers. The men's room had a jacuzzi. They had coffee too but I heard that was gone too, (I always saw it but never had it but other gym members complained about it to me" I am sure there are mor but those are the ones that really erk me because my prices increased and I lost those options. Also the mens rooms showers are at least 50% of the time out of soap. It seems also one of the toilets it always broken too. This morning I had to go through 5 lockers before I found one that worked. 3 years ago this was never the case. Do the women's locker room have a jacuzzi? The staff is always very nice though. I have never had an issue since all my years of going here. The places it self is clean perhaps a 7/10."
"This is a nice place. The layout is strange in comparison to most gyms but I like it as it probably makes it feel less crowded. More importantly all the equipment seems to be in good working order and the staff are friendly and attentive."
"I been to so many fitness places through out my life but California family fitness is one true family fitness place. Staff is always polite, resources and helpful. If you have a upgraded membership then you can visit any location in Northern California. They have all kind of equipment. They do offer series of group classes through out the day right before Covid. I used their pool, spa and racket ball rooms quite often. Their offer great discounts for students and families. If you are new to cal fit, take a 7 day free pass and give it a shot. I am sure you love it."
