"Having known and trained under A.N.T. Farm owner and physical trainer, Anthony Van Dyke, I can honestly say that Anthony is very dedicated to his field of profession. He is very focused during training and excellent in recognizing bad form. His ultimate goal is to help others reach their goals, dedicating himself to help clients achieve. Anthony has helped me personally through some difficult times when I could not use my wrists, and also with tremendous shoulder pain caused by lifting of arms. He showed and explained the exact exercise movements I would have to apply in order to be able to use them without pain again. After several weeks of following his instructions, I was pain free in my wrist movements. My shoulder pain took a couple of months, but today I am pain free and have complete range of motion. I would highly recommend A.N.T. Farm!!"
