"I would like to start off by asking why corporate hasn’t done something about the staff here. I was in the store today to buy some fish for my kids. We never were asked if we needed help or greeted. After looking at the selection I went to go look for help and asked Josh for assistance. Right away his attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was there to buy the whole set up but walked out in complete disgust because of the treatment by this employee. You would think a company like this would invest in training. Go elsewhere plenty of other mom and pop shops that treat you like family."

"Greeted by the few usual workers, wonderful people, and this store always has the food and treats I look forward to purchasing in stock. The night of New Year’s Day, I relied on this establishment’s specific location after taking a leap of faith, knowing the one off Friars Road closed early. Not to my expectations, but in following faith, I discovered on my arrival they were open. I gladly leaped into the store to purchase the food my babies needed. This location is the most reliable from my experience if you’re heading west towards beaches, or anywhere close to Clairemont West. It is worth the drive."
