"Unfortunately, not a good experience for us again. Lack of compassion is where we will leave it. We had a bad experience a year ago, but I wanted to try again. I went in without my dog at our appt time to explain my concerns to the nice team member and decided to give it another try. When I brought my dog back in the owner came out and wanted to hear the whole explanation again. She then proceeded to tell me it would be the same experience as last time and they are a busy shop with lots of dogs. I took my dog and left. Had she shown an ounce of compassion or concern for us... it would have helped. Never again will we be back. Previous owner was always affectionate with all animals and customers. Breaks my heart, I love to support small businesses in the area."
