"This Petsmart location is the closest to me, but unfortunately, it has the poorest customer service and consistently fails to answer phone calls. Despite being told I didn't need an appointment for a nail trim for my dog, when I arrived at 3:30pm, I was informed by an employee with rainbow hair that they were too booked to accommodate me, even though the grooming area was empty. It seems they were more inclined to offer appointments than to spend a mere 5 minutes on a walk-in service. My suggestion to Petsmart management: if you're going to assure customers they don't need appointments, ensure you have adequate staff available to accept walk-ins."
"I like coming here to buy toys and treats for my kitty friends. They have lots to choose from and prices are good. Employees are also helpful."
"We came here for a nail trimming for our dog. We couldn't do it at home because our dog hated it too much. We watched in wonder as the groomer at PetSmart knew exactly how to handle her so that she barely reacted at all. Great job, and well worth the $19 which includes the nail grinding."
