"We have been long time loyal customers. I am getting frustrated with their posted sale promotions that actually save you less at the cash register. Buy one Get one free turns into Buy one Get second at 50% off the full list price etc.... Coupons revert back to discounts on the Full price.... Not wrong - just annoying. Customer loyalty isn't rewarded well. With a Walgreens just as close, I may start diverting to that store for a competitive experience."
