"It’s hit and miss, guys. Two pharmacists are very kind and go out of their way to help (like Scott). Another tries to make things unnecessarily challenging. For instance, I was to be traveling with my daughter out of country for 9 days and needed a ONE-day advance on an Rx that still had a couple of refills on the bottle. I waited until later in the day to fill it, so it was as close to actual “fill-by date” as possible (before our early morning flight the following day.) The youngest female pharmacist informed me that I’d need to receive verbal approval from my Dr office, which had obviously closed for the day. I had my flight info and itinerary on hand. This info has always sufficed. Feeling dejected and frustrated, I decided to pivot to the shopping I needed to take care of in the store. After some time I noticed a shift change in the pharmacy, and this particular pharmacist went home. I decided to make the same request of the next pharmacist on staff. It was no problem at all! I had my refill in hand in moments. It makes me wonder what decisions are FDA industry standard, and what decisions are based on bias? I made the kind request in the same manner each time . I dread going to CVS, but it’s one of those necessary evils in life."

"I’ve lived in Tustin since early 2006, so I’ve been to other CVS stores as well as different brand stores. I was SO happy once this store was built and opened! This particular CVS is not only right around the corner, but it’s my favorite. Even the pharmacist, Scott will work at the register when it’s busy like he did today with me…I’d like to see Walgreen’s do that, lol! Guess I won’t since I transferred all of my prescriptions to CVS. I also would like to add that even when I was having problems with my insurance while trying to get my prescriptions, they were very helpful and kind, everyone. Thank you for being the best, most helpful and friendly local drug store/pharmacy I have EVER been to, period!"

"The very best experiences at CVS pharmacies are from this store. The pharmacist is the nicest."

"I was directed to go to this CVS as they had the booster immunization shot that I needed. The pharmacist, Scott, confirmed that he had the product but refused to sell it to me because “it is for regular customers only “. I’m a paying customer that needs the medication and yet I’m denied for arbitrary reasons. I’m reporting this to CVS corporate in La Habra and I’m looking into this to see if they have violated any laws. What’s next? No, a paying customer cannot have the prescription because I say so? Federal laws apply."
