"10-25-16 at about 3:15. 50 to San Francisco , almost to the sunrise exit, light rain n the man drive in the #2 fast lane in a box truck texting on his phone crossing the lines .. On both sides!!! He's driving a lethal weapon in a company truck!! He wasn't speeding which is good but at the same time cars are having to go around him cause clearly he is distracted and not noticing cars are trying to get around him.. So I finally get around him n toot my horn at him n he flashes his lights at me!?"
