"I have been to Acology 3 times and this is my last. It took a minute but I finally found a few places that have reasonable prices and service. Parking here is not easy and be very careful of the metered areas. The place is cute and it is clean. They have a decent selection of lotions and massage equipment. The problem is that their prices are sometimes 3 times higher than what I can get on line or simply at CVS. CVS has a returns allowed policy. Acology does not. They can be very rude if you try to return anything. When I was in the store I witnessed a woman trying to return something she bought the day before, receipt in hand, and she was told, you bought it, it is yours. They would not even giver her credit for the item. I can't deal with that at all. I asked about a few things I was looking for and the salesperson was quite rude to me. I have no idea why, I am a nice person. I will never go back there. The customer service is so bad, the prices are crazy and parking is a nightmare. But again, the place is clean."

"This place is amazing! Whenever I need something for my business, rather than order and what for it to come, I head over to Acology and pick it up. I'm a fitness trainer in the area. They have been around for as long as I can remember. The staff is super sweet, always helpful and even gives me a "trainer" discount. Head over there and just look at the amount of stocked products. Its almost a toy store for a personal trainer/physical therapist."

"Acology is the most amazing place ever. I happened to stumble upon it about 2 months ago and have been going there ever since. Terri and her entire staff are so professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra distance to provide you with what you need. I have a brother that is severely disabled and required 24 hour care and this shop has always had EVERYTHING I need to provide him and his caregivers with the proper protection needed especially during this pandemic. Thank you Terri for ALL YOU DO. Your an amazing human being and I am so thankful for you and your store. If you have not been to Acology for any and all of your medical, therapeutic, rehabilitation needs, you need to GO!!!!!! Stay well and safe."

"They make me so at home when I go there I feel like if they had a refrigerator I could go in a make a sandwich. They Have the best equipment, they know how to use it, they are very knowledgeable, and they are happy to let you try everything out. It's my favorite toy store right now. And by the way, there are a few parking spots in the back and a huge metered lot. I always get a spot when I go. I've never had to use a meter. And I like to spend at least an hour."
