"I've been coming to this store since 2015. Always satisfied. Today. June 1st, i returned a pair i bought last week, in exchange for a different pair. Also, purchased a pair on sale.. smooth transaction. My feet feel awesome in these shoes. The store has a wide variety - if they're out, they will look to see which store is in stock the arrange to have them shipped. Usually 2 days. The tech foot measuring software is a great tool !! - keep in mind each pair should be tried on though. Eg., the assessment said im a 9 W. But after trying a few pairs i settled on 2 different pairs, the one pair I bought is a 8.5 W, the other pair is a 9w. The two women working this afternoon made it a WONDERFUL experience:, professional - knowledgable, warm and friendly. Customer service makes it worth a trip to this store!"

"Don't trust expensive shoes. For almost one year I had NB 2040. ($275) that its sole teard. I toke the shoes to the store . They said we don't have warranty for shoes and sometimes there is issue for the shoes even in 6 months. I asked for credit or any discount even 20% for next purchase. they said Sorry.! I talked to the manager that I paid $275 for Made in USA shoes. He said "it doesn't mean that it last long." He said "When you buy a Range Rover, you pay for luxury and suspension. it's not last longer than a Honda"!!"
