"The Lululemon staff, Rachel, is extremely rude and dismisses people at the counter. She pushes the customers and even her coworkers away from the counter. She refuses to help and just pushes people away, odd. This lululemon store provides the worst customer service. Educators refuse to help and will not direct you to where items are. They also pass you to someone else instead of helping you directly. I hope this store closes because they do not care about their customers."

"Big store, plenty of inventory, but their bathroom is always broken, even for loyal customers. Staff will tell you that in a clear, unmistakable, passive-aggressive manner."

"Sales associates don’t offer help. I was doing an exchange but the associate was so scatter brained it felt like I had to remind him every few seconds that I wanted to return an item to get something else instead. Tried using my first responder discount and his response was “it’s not working” and didn’t offer to try to apply it or ask for another associates assistance. So I told him it’s fine and I’ll order online. His response was “okay!”. No cares given. Definitely will not return"

"My initial visit was smooth enough. Floor sales rep product knowledge was limited but he guided me to the general area I needed to be. Check out was smooth but here's the thing I had to go back the following day and the place is listed open till 9 pm on Google and I called their number to confirm, I arrived at the doors locked at 8:30. Absolutely unacceptable, hard enough making my way down to the mall, finding the time and parking only to arrive at locked doors with employees inside ignoring the fact they closed early. Lulu is a complete clown operation with a lack of respect for clientele. Needless to say I won't recommend or shop at this company anymore and will return all my items purchased."

"Horrible all the way around. Made eye contact with a male associate twice and he said nothing. No greetings no do you need help I made it all the way to the back of the store and back up to the front no associate interaction. At this point why do you have employees? Just hire an operations team to set up merchandise put self help kiosk out and just hire security to manage the inventory control. But it was worthless to even have all those employees there I saw today. The only good this was the store set up and layout. Very spacious and nice internal decor."
