"I placed an order for a Ping Pong table with Disrupt Sports on March 5, 2022 and was told it would take 5 weeks for production and up to another week to ship. We had trouble getting in touch with this company regarding our order once the time passed that we expected to see the table. We were told management would call us back but never did. It is really hard to get status updates through chat or or phone. We received our table 12 weeks after we initially placed the order. The table looks amazing and seems to be really good quality! They did a REALLY good job with the table and I just wish the customer service was 1/2 as good as the table! Good news for Disrupt Sports, just a little more communication and follow up from them and I'm the total experience would be great!"
