"I worked with Devin at the Madison location and had a great experience. He was open and upfront throughout the whole fitting and took my input seriously. It was laid back and enjoyable throughout, and he even entertained questions from myself and a buddy about golf and golf tech that weren't directly pertinent to the fitting. I was clear about my needs and what I was looking for, and we wound up right where I wanted to be when I left. All employees were welcoming and the experience was very positive. "5 star experience. I worked with the store manager Kenan Hamadi who fit me for my clubs. He really took the time and care to really figure out what worked best for me. It took a while, but once we found that combination the pure excitement out of him for me was incredible. You can tell he really cares about getting the perfect fit. That is exactly what he did for me. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience and will continue to go back to him for any of my future needs or even questions regarding clubs and fitting."

"I had a fitting with Kenan Hamadi at the Madison, WI location. This is my first time being fit for club ever, so I was very excited. Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted. We immediately started discussing my goals for the session. I currently game P790 irons, Stealth driver and Stealth 3 wood. I explained that having never been fit before, I wanted to see how we could optimize my current set up more so than replacing my current set up. I was disappointed within the first 10 mins, as I could tell my fitter was annoyed that I wanted to retro fit my set rather than buy new, which they advertise on the website as being completely ok. Once we got into the fitting, I felt the fitter did a great job optimizing my equipment. We found iron shafts that felt amazing and greatly tighten my dispersion and distance. We then moved to driver. Once finding the right shaft, Nemesys, it was laugh out loud funny how the smash , distance and dispersion skyrocketed. I thought the fitter was great during this portion of the fitting. We did try some new clubs and shaft combinations along the way. Checked loft and lie in my irons and gapped my bag. When we got to the end, it got awkward again. First of all, I paid for 3.5 hours and after 2.5 hours we were essentially done. Then the cost sheet was drafted up. This included 1 new club, a Stealth 5 wood, along with driver and 3 wood shaft and 7 new iron shafts. The fitter told me about the sticker shock right from the start, but wow, $3,200+ for 1 new club and reshafts in my current set. That’s absurd. I did purchase the driver shaft through Club Champion, but decided to upgrade the rest of my set locally for 1/4 the price based on the specs from the fitting. The data, learning and refining my game was great. However, I did not experience the “no pressure to buy” philosophy I read about with Club Champion. There was certainly awkwardness at the beginning and end of the experience by stating I was not interested in replacing my bag. It was also frustrating that the time I had paid for was not utilized (especially since I drove 2 hours to this location). I felt that since there was no selling to be done, that the towel was thrown in. Looking forward to my new adjustments, but will not be coming back to Club Champion based on the experience and astronomical pricing. Dan"

"I first worked with Matt in the Brookfield store before seeing him again in Madison and can not recommend him enough. Matt helped explain to me each of the data points that I was looking at during the fitting and was incredibly helpful with all the (probably nuanced) questions that I threw at him. Furthermore, Matt has stayed in communication with me ever since my first fitting more than 2 years ago, making sure I've been getting all that I wanted out of my purchased clubs. Lastly, the proof is in the pudding as I've dropped a few strokes off my handicap while actually playing less golf. Would highly recommend going to see Matt Hansen for a fitting."
