"We are now going on our 7th attempt to have anyone help us with our pool repair. Every time we call, we are told someone will call us back to no avail. I am incredibly patient and understand things come up, people make mistakes. But 7 times calling and leaving messages or being told by reception someone will call us back with zero follow up on that claim is just poor customer service. We would love to give you our business, maybe this review will net us a response to finally get some help so we can enjoy our pool this summer."
