"Went to visit a family member that Was in from South Dakota. Very clean and nice staff. Best xmas tree i have seen in a long long time. Maybe the best ever. Very pretty!"
"Good location, very friendly and accommodating staff. Pretty average for a hotel. The bed was super hard, so not to my liking. Breakfast was decent."
"The absolute worst hotel experience Ive ever had. I stayed here on 09/08/23 while on a charity bicycle ride from southern Wisconsin. The first room they gave me (225) reeked like a pack of cigarettes. The second room (220) had a damage to the wood around the bathroom door lock and the sheets did not smell like they had been cleaned in a while. During the night another guests dog began to bark and the couple next door started to argue. Finally, another guest complained enough that they quieted down. After I finished my bicycle ride and returned home, I reviewed the charges and saw an additional $300. When I called the employee stated I had damaged the bathroom door! I was in disbelief and will be disputing this charge."
"Would give this place a 0 star but not an option. Way over priced for the quality of rooms. Stayed here for a wedding and multiple people agree with the below as they had the same issues/experience ROOM - King beds are absolutely terrible, rock hard. Then the pillows are super flat. Need multiple pillows to have any cushion. Was in a king suite so tried the pull out sofa the second night but there were no sheets on or in the suite to put on the pullout so used a sheet off the bed and slept without any blanket on. Sofa was better than the bed but not by much. - Many issues with the keys to get into rooms. Had to try 6-10 times to get in before it would work - TVs are also quite small and have this menu on the side that does not go away. - Breakfast is pretty standard. - Door and walls to hallway do not block any noise out. Easy to hear everything and everyone - Curtains hardly block any sun in the morning. Gets very bright AMENITIES - Wifi is poor. Hardly worked as it was super slow. - Hallways smell like smoke"
