"Read if you're in the market for a shuffleboard! We looked on Amazon, Midwest Billiards, another place in Madison, and even Milwaukee. While the prices seemed high initially, they were actually cheaper than their competitors and have significantly higher quality stock (other companies also don't include delivery which is a $400+ expense). Some things we learned that may be helpful before you buy: Butcher blocks -Not many online are as wide as a standar table!!! Beware when you see "24 inches". That is the table, not the block. -Should be 3" thick -Maple is the best -Vertical polyurethane edges at the ends (helps pucks stay on) -Should cover the carpet of the table so silica doesn't go in crack Table -Laminate is bad, solid wood is good (one store had laminate that was already delaminating -Good tables will have climactic adjusters (most on Amazon don't) -They should fit together smoothly, look at quality of corners and joining areas"

"TL;DR: they are good at moving pool tables but do not appear to be organized. So when you get an appt, make sure to verify the appt a few days before. Longer version: Similar experiences to others who rated it low. Our appointment time came and no one showed. When I called, I spoke with the owner who apologized but really didn't seem sincere and didn't offer to make up for it in any way. He did end up throwing in a pool stick after asking multiple times if there was anything he could do. We ended up having to reschedule so I wasted a vacation day. Not worth the pool stick. The second appointment went well. The people who came were professional and very fast."
