"Did not hear the store closing announcement as there was music blaring very loudly. Then the lights were dimmed down while I was in the store. I began to exit and a store attendant kept yelling Hola! Wasn’t sure whether shouting at me or someone else. A separate store attendant at the exit did apologize. However, I felt I was blamed for not hearing the store closing announcement. This is not safe and also not the politeness I expect to be treated at a Nordstrom store. I have not been able to find the quality and style of merchandise that I expect either for the last couple of years."

Super helpful, well know of the brands and she recommended me some outfits. I spent $300 just in one day because she was friendly and kind for helping me.
