"I love this shop. The people who work here are always so nice, helpful and honest. Anytime I've had an issue with my bike whether it be a blown tire or a missing axle screw, they've always had what I needed, answered any questions I may have, given a fair price and have even shown me how to do certain maintenance on my bike- like how to get the tire to grip onto the metal frame when changing a tire. The location is super convenient- a mile from the Capitol and right off a major bike trail. They have free air on the outside of the building and can do pretty much anything for every type of bike. I don't go anywhere else. This is THE shop for Madison bikers!"

"Brought my bike in after I personally assembled it. They were friendly and helped me find a bike lock and helmet. I had some trouble installing my front brake and asked them to look at it - they fixed it and noticed my wheels were slightly bent from shipping and asked me if I'd like them adjusted. They fixed it relatively quickly. Overall, reasonable prices, convenient location, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly!"
"I brought my bike down because it was having trouble shifting gears, and a nice young man fixed it right there with a little oil at no charge and explained to me what the problem was and which parts of my bike were old and might need replacing soon. I’ve had my bike fixed here before, and everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about how much things will cost. I’ll definitely be back!"
