"The absolute worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time. Repeated rude, unhelpful, and downright inflammatory. Absolute scam. Their tax exempt status is a joke. Wouldn't be surprised if the fire at their last shop was insurance fraud and or covering up stolen goods. Their last shop has reviews where people said shame the shop burned down but the cycling community is better off for it. Makes sense."
