"Erik’s Madison West was overly busy. People were nearly walking out the store with a bike to test. I had ordered two bike early in the week for pickup on Saturday. It was hard to get Bobby’s attention as we had met with him a week earlier. He was trying to help the other associates with their questions along with customers and maintained his composure quite well. He was able to get to us and get us on our way. They needed a lot more help!"

"I came here for a new pair of ski boots. Staff are all very knowledgable and professional. Maxx assisted me in fitting the ski boots and gave me lots of good advice on how to tell whether the boots fit, giving me info to compare comfort fit versus professional fit. He then found out for me that the boots I like don’t fit the current bindings on my skis and directed me to the service side. Jonathan on the service side is very professional and came up with several suggestions to troubleshoot. Since I could not decide on the spot, he input our conversation and a quote in the system to ensure I don’t have to repeat the same conversation should I come back another day. I ended up purchasing the boots and brought my skis in to change the bindings. Orion at the service desk who received my skis and boots assisted me in choosing the bindings and explained to me about how setting of the bindings impact ski performance. Communication during the service was great. They go above and beyond to make sure the settings are exactly how I want them to be. Every time when they provided me with options, they gave me good explanations so I can make informed decisions. I am very happy with my new boots and love how my skis look with the new bindings. Can’t wait to try them on the slopes! I have been to various ski equipment shops and have to say this is the most professional and friendly shop that I’ve come across. Highly recommended!"

"Staff was very knowledgeable and doesn't a lot of time with customers to make sure they could make informed decisions. There were only 2 people helping 4 or 5 guests, so wait time was a bit long. I didn't mind though because of the service the staff provided to each of us without making any of us feel rushed. It was a great experience."
