Very helpful staff and on some occasions (depending on the issue) experienced staff addressing service issues immediately while you wait. They also host the meeting spot for annual Santa Rampage (WI bike fed) event."

"*UPDATED REVIEW I did end up buying a bike from here! I did however have an issue with a part that came broken on it, but Chris took awesome care of me in the service department. Came in with a problem, and left in a much better mood than when I walked in. The new spot here is awesome! Needed to swap out a chain and had fantastic service from Victoria who was able to fit me in right on the spot. Her and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would totally buy a bike from here"
