"I had a bad experience in the store, none of the employees want to help you and they were also busy on the cell phone, when I went to pay and without a pleasant experience the girl at the checkout looking at the cell phone without answering me and super rude to respond, The truth is, the staff who work in the store are very sad. I WON'T BUY THERE AGAIN"
"Went to 27th location today. Girl at the register was rude ( Didn't have name tag on) but receipt says KYLA.. I told her I have a phone number with Hibbetts & she said it was too late that she passed that already I said you didn't even ask me! Footlocker Champs etc it's all the same process.. She rolled her eyes & didn't even try to put my info in.. Simple if you can't do it cause you passed it then VOID the transaction & start again if I'm spending $500 + I want my info in my transaction. To top it off someone called & asked if they had a specific shoe & she said Hold on then told her co worker they BOTH said idk what those Jordan's are! Like what lol you work AT A SHOE STORE! Me & my husband knew what Jordan's but they clearly need more training. HIBBETT'S DO BETTER Get ppl that WANT to work ppl that are knowledgeable ppl that have CUSTOMER SERVICE.."
