"Insane rent increases. In need of updating! What I hear from everyone moving out is good luck on getting your security deposit back. The police are constantly here for something. Not worth $1000 a month. Let's not forget the never ending flood issue here. Careful where you park, and don't drive thru the water. Emerald Park continues to ignore this ongoing issue."
