"We came to Green Bay, WI for the first time ever in our life. We were told to stay at this hotel and that it was a wonderful hotel. I am happy that we stayed here. Our kids had a good time. The hotel was so quiet (for the most part). Every worker that we dealt with was wonderful. The breakfast was phenomenal as well. great place to stay. highly recommend."

"A very nice hotel very aesthetically pleasing with a very nice staff however all of the slot machines in the lobby make it feel like Vegas and ruin the aesthetic. The breakfast was very nice and quite plentiful. Overall I would recommend this place"

"This was our first time staying here. We love that they had a pool, a sauna and a whirlpool. The hotel was clean and our rooms were great. The staff was super friendly and we were there during the Packers game so there was also option to sit in the big room and watch the game on a big screen TV. Our daughter was registering for college at UWGB and it was nice to have a hotel that was really close to there and also very inviting."

"Curtains had holes and mold on them, air vents were all caked with dust, lights were dim, fans grind when turned on, and linens and carpets were stained. It worked for a weekend and not the worst, but it was still not worth what we paid. "Thanks for your feedback. It looks like your frustrating review is revolved around the price for the room. Hotel rooms do not have fans. We would like to share that we do have brand new curtains, just a year old. Deep cleaning is being done on the rooms every other month. Lights are the way to be relaxing. I am sorry that you have felt that it’s not worth the packer game day pricing. It’s driven by the demand. It’s sad the way you feel a day night difference that rest of our guests feel. If I were you, I wouldn’t pay a single dime for the problems you have mentioned." Edit: This is not in regards to "Packer day pricing" but the bridal suite that we stayed in for a wedding which definitely does have a fan above the whirlpool that screeches and definitely needs new curtains. Other rooms may be newer or cleaner, but this room definitely is not kept up. Maybe you're right that we should not have paid a dime, even with a response from management like that, but we still stayed there so you can keep your money and current clientele"
