"This hotel is going through a major renovation which it desperately needs. For the prices that they charge, it should be shut down and revamped all at one time. The rooms are very very dated. The breakfast was subpar in comparison to other Holiday Inns. Also, tried adjusting the heat in the room which I don’t think was working at all. Glad we brought extra blanket."

"Hotel stay was great, but when having breakfast the cook was sitting there staring at me which made me very uncomfortable plus the eggs tasted like rubber, I couldn’t even finish my meal! When leaving she questioned me about what I was going to do with my beverage(definitely was watching me the entire time)telling me not to throw away the remainder of my 4oz cup of orange juice, which I wasn’t until she said that, I was just trying to leave the room which she had made very uncomfortable and creepy. I’d definitely say hire better cooks, staring at guests to see if they’re going to eat your food is 9/10 not going to result in them eating it, other than that the staff was great and friendly."

"12/23/2023 Platinum rewards member, bordering on Diamond Elite, which has its perks. Late checkout until 2 or later is standard (depending on availability, and there was PLENTY of availability). Received a call at 10:54 that said "oh you're still here." "Yes, I will need a late checkout please, my wife and daughter are sick." "Oh.... like 1130?" "Definitely not that soon, I have until 2:00 or 3:00, right?" "We can not do that late!" "Not even for platinum rewards members?" "Not for anybody." Long story short, I packed up my puking, feverish wife and daughter then left for a 4.5 hour miserable drive home. She (front desk) attempted to back peddle and say "you can stay until 2!!" when I went to grab the luggage cart. No thanks, I would rather deal with a screaming toddler and a vomit filled truck, than stay another minute. More insulting yet was when I informed housekeeping to please be cautious cleaning the room due to a nasty, quick acting stomach bug present, they stated they were not even going to clean the room until 12/24 since there are sick people present. I won't return to this particular location."

"First and foremost, Michael stormbreaker (overnight shift) is awesome, sorted out our reservation. Hotel engine messed up and booked us a basic room and he upgraded our reservation so we could stay in the same room. Staff is nice, breakfast awesome, smoking area with bench in non-windy area. Only bad part is parking after 5pm, not enough spaces, truck with pull behind trailer parking and taking up 5 spaces. Didn't get to try out hot tub but it was open. Love that it has weight bench in workout area and treadmill, bicycle machine, stair step machine instead of just only treadmills. Bookmarked location so we can stay here again if we ever end up working near here again in future!!"

"Amazing property, truly surprised by it per its price. Rooms could be upgraded eventually because carpet, but truly taken care of and clean. Staff was also super friendly and being just to the Wisconsonites' hospitality fame. They also have a shuttle for the game at $8 per person each way which was convenient. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in that area again"
